Where to Start

“We just don’t know where to start.”

I hear this phrase from many of my customers. I can only assume that many more feel the same way but are not comfortable being that vulnerable in an initial phone call or meeting.  And how can they be blamed for not knowing what comes first? We live in an Amazon Prime, HGTV, Google world that is curated and delivered at the click of a button. Or “building” is simply boiled down to a 30 minute makeover that removes the process and focuses on the completed wow factor.  

Having been formally trained in education, I thrive on taking complex or just confusing processes and making them simple and easier to understand.  In my next few blogs, I will break down what I have found to be the best process when considering a large scale residential project.
